    Nursery and childcare Apprenticeship Testimonials

Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeship - Keeley - Childcare Practitioner

My level 2 apprenticeship helped me massively. Once I had finished my level 2, I was very eager to go on to my level 3 to develop my knowledge even further. My level 3 was even more interesting for me. I enjoyed learning about theorists and their views on child development. I am now a room supervisor and I am now completing a L3 Team Leader Apprenticeship to improve my leadership knowledge and practice even further. I also hope to go to university in the future to extend my knowledge of child development even more. I can’t thank Brighter Beginnings enough

Advanced Apprenticeship - Khyra - Childcare Practitioner

I really enjoyed doing my level 3 apprenticeship. It gave me the experience and knowledge that I use in my practice every day still. The apprenticeship helped me to understand and gain basic knowledge of children’s needs and development and the way that they can grow individually from the teaching and learning that goes on in an early year setting. I still follow advice I received from my apprenticeship assessors to help me to reach targets and become the best room supervisor I can be in my personal practice. I am currently completing a Team Leading Apprenticeship with Brighter Beginnings and hope to further my early years career by going on to complete my levels 4&5 and hopefully further than that too.

Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeship - Michaela - Childcare Practitioner

I have completed a level 2 apprenticeship which gave me the opportunity to experience what it was like to work in a childcare setting. I worked in 3 different rooms from 0-5 and then I gained knowledge from the training side. This enabled me to find that my area of strength was working with the babies as I love helping them to reach their early milestones. I then completed a level 3 qualification to become a qualified nursery nurse and am now stepping up and completing a level 5 qualification and want to become a baby room leader in the future.
