Job Description: We are excited to offer apprenticeship opportunities for individuals who are passionate about a career in early years education. As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner, you will gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment while working towards a recognized qualification in childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing care and education to children under the guidance of qualified staff.
- Learn and apply the principles of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities for children.
- Observe and understand children’s development and learning needs.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as part of professional development.
- Work towards completing your apprenticeship qualification in childcare.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in early years education.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Commitment to working as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for working with young children.
- No formal qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.
Training: Apprentices will be enrolled in a relevant childcare qualification and will receive regular training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.
