About Us: Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery in Chadderton is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education. We’re currently seeking passionate Level 3 Qualified Practitioners to join our team as Room Leaders, where you’ll be making a significant impact on the early years of childcare.
Job Description: We have two Room Leader positions open for individuals ready to lead and inspire in our nursery setting. These roles specifically involve working in the Baby Room and the 2-3 Year Room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations within the assigned rooms (Baby Room and 2-3 Year Room).
- Deliver high standards of care and education for children in accordance with EYFS.
- Engage in planning and implementing activities that foster child development.
- Manage and mentor nursery practitioners and assistants in your room.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment.
- Maintain accurate and effective children’s records.
- Collaborate with senior management to maintain the nursery’s high standards.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a childcare setting, especially in baby and toddler rooms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and child development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
