🌼 What You’ll Do
Provide warm, responsive care for children under 5 years in a calm and stimulating environment.
Support early development through sensory play, outdoor play, continuous provision, songs, stories, and nurturing routines.
Build strong bonds with each child as their key person, recording observations using our Famly system.
Maintain a clean, safe space while supporting personal care, feeding, and rest times.
Work closely with families to share updates, milestones, and routines.
Prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
👶 What We’re Looking For
A gentle, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or willingness to train).
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Understanding of infant development and the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A flexible attitude to support where needed.
