At Brighter Beginnings, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. We are excited to be opening our New Moston Baby House, a nurturing, specialist environment for our youngest children – and we are looking for passionate Nursery Practitioners and Room Leaders to join our team.

What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–2 years
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment tailored to babies and toddlers
Build strong attachments as a key person, supporting children’s development and wellbeing
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using our systems
Deliver high-quality practice in line with the EYFS framework
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, passionate team
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing daily experiences and progress
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
Support daily routines including feeding, sleep, and personal care
Room Leader Responsibilities (where applicable)
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding practice
Support staff development, coaching, and performance
Ensure high standards of care, learning, and environment
Take responsibility for planning, assessment, and room organisation
Work closely with management to drive quality and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
A genuine passion for working with babies and young children
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or willingness to train)
Experience working with under 2s (desirable for Baby House roles)
A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Good understanding of the EYFS and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude

Salary
Competitive rates depending on experience and role
Level 3 Qualified Practitioners start from £13.57 per hour
Room Leader salaries discussed at interview
