Brighter Beginnings Burnage is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our nursery setting.

This is a vital role where your attention to detail and commitment to a clean environment will directly support the wellbeing of our children, staff, and families.

🌟 What You’ll Do:
Ensure all nursery rooms, toilets, kitchens, and communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic
Clean floors, surfaces, carpets, furniture, and touchpoints
Empty and sanitise bins, including nappy bins
Ensure bathrooms and changing areas are cleaned to a high standard
Maintain and store cleaning materials safely
Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the Nursery Manager

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar cleaning role (preferably in a school, nursery, or care setting)
A good understanding of hygiene, infection control, and health & safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Good attention to detail
A flexible and positive attitude
